Thread: Historic Sandown November 2013

Sandown looks to be the debut for the Sb 69 T, It's drives, stops and has forward and reverse gears...... and I've still got 5 weeks to spare....

Entries no longer skinny! Almost hit 50 cars entered in Sa/Sb/Sc.

Girty, do we get a ceremony whereby you smash a champagne bottle over the front quarter? Or is that just asking for trouble?!?!

Is that 5 forward and 1 reverse? Don't laugh I've seen the opposite... (and not me I might add)

New stiffer torsion bars fitted to the car (via Spencer) so I'm expecting to be much deeper into the corners before jettisoning myself off into the kitty litter.

    Keep that camera rolling Ryan......

I'll have to double check the exact sizes, but I settled on a "medium" set-up, figured that would work OK on most circuits and in most conditions.

Anything stiffer than the 46 year old originals is going to be a big improvement.
