    For sure, good for him!

I don't have to understand it for it to be real.
It also doesn't have to be repeatable.

A friend of mine has one of Magnus' former builds so for his sake I hope some of it spills over. (PM me if you want his contact info for a small finders fee )

    I find this discussion fascinating.

In my opinion, Magnus is brilliant. Brilliant folks like him tend to be sellers at tops. Time will tell.

Porsches are not the worse thing to buy at the top - you can't drive a tulip bulb.

I have a red deck lid. Do I get a value bump? Every good thing has a climax. I think we just saw it.

    Smile Well done!!!

    Hi Magnus,

Well done on the sale, fantastic result! Clearly more than a few bidders share your taste and style for early Porsches.

It must be very rewarding to see your creation raise so much interest and so many bids!

For our world to work correctly, assets should appreciate indefinitely. When assets appreciate too much in a short amount of time the risk of the bubble to explote is a lot higher. So the Fed, bankers and others with power will like the assets to increase in price at a manageble rate. What happened when the crisis started in 2007... The bubble burst with the danger of taking the whole system down. Our friends in the government started to print money left and right and also increased our debt in order to inflate de buble again. Now we are starting to see some results... Plese take the inflation number with a grain os salt :-) I really think real inflation is a lot higher. Now, this car was bought with passion! I do not think is an investment.
