    FS: @eBay - '73 'E' Coupe . . .

    VIN = 9113200900
    Eng# = 6231403

    . . . . This auction is for a very well optioned 1973 Porsche 911E coupe . . .

. . . I had put this car on auction last Jan but didn't have everything organized and together since I was in the middle of moving. So here it is again. This car, in my opinion and many others, is the best early porsche you could ever want. This is the perfect opportunity to finish a very rare car the correct way to your own standards. Prior owner started the restoration and this is pretty much how I got it except for a coat of epoxy primer i put on 8 years ago because the car was all bare metal. There is no hidden filer or issues under primer. What you see is what you get . . .

. . . Car is disassembled but complete except for the sports seats and the rear upholstered parcel shelf. Otherwise, everything is there, cleaned and well organized. There are no surprises here, everything is visible. Car seemed to have had some minor rust on drives c pilar from sunroof drain tube, on lock posts and outside rockers. Prior owner had removed outer rockers, lock posts and drivers 1/4 panel. Inner rockers are completely rust free, floors rust free, dog legs rust free, doors rust free, fenders are perfect, hood and deck lid rust free. Car comes with all sheet metal needed to finish. I was going to do the metal work on car before selling it but decided it best to leave as is so someone can see how rust free it truly is. I am willing to work with buyer to get car properly packed up and shipped, whether in enclosed car trailer or 20 ft. shipping container . . .

    Car is all there:

-complete original matching numbers motor, everything is there including complete powder coated sheet metal and engine mount.
    -915 trans with shafts
    -front/rear sway bar
-original tool kit with owners manual
-complete correct MFI system with rare aluminum body injection pump. Throttle bodies have been rebuilt. Fuel console/filter, fuel pump, air box, green shroud, pump mount, breather/oil line.......it's all there.
    -New Dash
-complete interior minus headliner, carpet, and sport seats. All is in very nice shape, door panels(pass side has speaker hole cut out but I do have bare panel with no cutout), door pockets(front and rear), door tops, rear seats, rear side panels, seat belts, visors, window cranks,
    -5 perfect matching fuchs wheels
-two sets of wheel well moldings
-sunroof with extra complete sunroof assembly(spare parts if needed)
    -NOS Bosch H4 headlights
-Complete very nice turn signal assemblies with new euro lenses
    -Correct horn set
    -correct excellent side view mirror
    -rear bumper and center piece
    -excellent engine lid grill
-complete gauge set, switches, turn/wiper stalks, trim, knee bumpers, glove compartment,
-CDI box with complete panel and correct cover
-from the lighted defrost piece between seats, to correct battery connectors, door lock pulls, rear view mirror, horn grills, complete glass, new window trim, new rocker mouldings with end caps, original S front bumper with new trim, rear bumperettes....it is all there including a lot of nos hardware
I know I am going to regret selling this one, but I don't have the time or the budget to finish

Please feel free to schedule an inspection . . .

    Quite the offering?

Title of ad reads: 1973 Porsche 911E sunroof sport seats project

Body of ad reads: Car is complete except for the sports seats

That aside, looks like a worthwhile project on what was (once) a highly optioned car. At least it still has the sunroof!
