    Great link...thanks!

Someone made a comment in there about how IG looks really good on a Targa and I have to agree. The silver trim and silver targa bar really help to brighten up the paint.

Still on the fence though...looking for an inspiration that will push it over the top.

Whatever you do in the end will be magic. My vote would still be for IG since it's a '69 S and then finish it with a special interior. Sloan cars have good pics of a fully restored Irish Green 912 SWT.

Have you thought of Tan or Fawn interior ? That will surely wakeup the IG color if you find it a bit drab..surely most of us will remember the knockout 72S IG & Tan interior of ex: Registry member Paul from Oregon back in the day...

I just went through this on a 356. We had the original closing panels to go by. Between the girl at my supply shop and myself we probably have 8-10 hours in getting it right. I can provide a formula for PPG Deltron if desired. FWIW, Irish green does have a yellow tint. This was one of the biggest issues we had, getting that look just right, and YES it changes dramatically in different lighting. For example, I shot these two pictures one right after the other. Looks great! Prefer the second photo...it's as if there is more yellow oxide in the paint.
