    Good Year Blue Streak

I read a report some months ago in Total 911, about Chris Banning grey RSR and Mulholland Drive. I'm almost sure some early911 S members knows the guy and his marvelous car!

The RSR is fitted by Good Year Blue Streak.

Does anyone have some informations about these tires and the sizes?

I forgot to say I'm interesting in 15 inches tires for my lovely Trudi (2.8 RSR)

I have them on a 289 Cobra. I like them on the street. They are "illegal"
Check Sasco's site, or on the west coast Roger Krause(?) you get measurements.
Tubeless, nice high sidewall I'm thinking they are 5:00 or 5:50-15
They also have Dunlops, which might fit a 911 a bit better. Look at the M series.
    Vintage race tires.

    Just checked they are 5:50-15.

Hi Iwein and thank you for the advice. I don't mind if they are illegal, because my whole car is anyway illegal!

The Cobra 550s are marginal for 9s and not very available. I haven't found a rear tire for a Porsche to match.
If you want race tires, I'll get the sizes for you. Avon's have the best selection.
We have them "vintage grooved" to look more period and drivable.

Thank you Harvey! I know the Avon, but I like the Good Year look!
My Michelin TB 5 or 15 are perfect for track or road use but I wanted to try something else.
By the way Harvey, I sent some PM you didn't answer so far... For refurbish my wheels!

They are not the "Cobra" tires. They are listed under vintage race tires 5:50-15
I have a spare, if u want to try it for fit. They look huge, but fit on the stock Cobra with no flares fine.
