Carrera Sportmark Steering Wheel replica of Racemark?

I picked one of these up recently and threw it in one of my VWs for a driver wheel, but it looks JUST like a Racemark. Anyone know the history here - was Racemark's design sold or knocked off or something after they went out of business?

Wow - you are right, I guess I just assumed they went out of business. It looks like they basically sell floor mats and seat covers now - no steering wheels or anything like that. I know the later Racemarks had a Raid stamp - wonder if they still make the design?
