Breakfast Club at the Petersen Automotive Museum - This Sunday 10/27!

The Petersen is having it's monthly Breakfast Club cruise-in tomorrow. Pontiac GTO's are being featured, and I understand that a contingent from the PCA Escape is planning a visit. In addition to free parking for Porsches, discounted museum admission is offered and the Petersen will be serving free french toast and coffee.

Pontiac GTO special day on Sunday, they expect about 30 Goats !
GTO...gas tires oil. I did enjoy cruising in a '66 389 tri-power with Doug's headers, 4 speed Hurst shifter in high school.

Magnus Walker's green 911 at the Petersen on Sunday's Petersen Museum cruise-in. The previous night over in Pomona was the PCA Tour L.A. awards ceremony. The 914 with the Herbie love-bug stripes next to the 911 received the honorary Magnus Walker Award. The owner of the 914, Mike Bellis is my friend and also a member of 914World forums. We were all very proud that Magnus picked this 914 attending Tour L.A. for this honor. Mike builds 914 hot rods, this one has had various drivetrains: Type 4 VW, 911, Mazda rotary, currently powered by an Audi 1.8 turbo, Haltec management and Cayman 6 speed. It's a track and street car, puts down about 350 HP. It seems that Magnus supports "Built, not bought" !
