Provenance Question: "Selected Steel" vs. "Selected Special Steel" Wrenches?

Can anyone explain the proper provenance between "Selected Steel" and "Selected Special Steel" wrenches?

I ended up having both and don't know how to properly advertise them.

    Thank you.
