    Education needed: differences between 911 2.4 T/E/S and 911 RS rear-axletrailing arms

Hi,can somebody explain to me what are the exact differences between a normal 911 2.4 T/E/S rear-axle trailing arm and the '73 RS one? Pics will help

Moreover, I have noticed that the PET provides two different options for the RS (91133105310 and /20): what are the differences?

Thanks a lot for the answer.

    Hi,

RS arms have a strengthening piece welded on. Top of my hat, 5320 is the shorter trailing arm that came first with RS#1409.

Here you go. You can see the extra reinforcing collar on the left one around the hub. Right one is a standard S version. Not mine, just a picture I found on some other site.

I always thought that the reinforcement was only done on RSRs' Wider wheels and tires.

Here more info on the shortened trailing arms, from VIN#1409 standard and used for the RSR's.
