    Bosch distributor rebuilding service??

I am looking for a reputable business that specializes in inspecting and rebuilding Bosch distributors...looking to have my 73 'S' distributor gone through. I did find Moto-Meister on the internet as a possibility but would like to hear from real customers first who have done business with them or others. Thanks!

Don't even think about motor meister; if you want to know why read the pelican thread. Ed Fall at Vintage in Utah does beautiful work. www.vintagewerks.com

I know several highly regarded shops that use Barry Hershon; IAE Inc.; 313.532.5350;http://flat6recurve.com/

He services only Bosch distributors for air cooled Porsche applications...very specialized.

I'll vouch for Ed Fall and Vintage Works. He has done really great work for me on an old distributor. I've never had Kurt at Parts Klassik rebuild anything but I've ordered from him several times via phone and he's a great guy to work with.

Barry did an an amazing job on rebuilding my distributor and re-curving it more specifically, he curves as a distributor to meet the specfications of the motor build. He seems to live and eat Distributors.

Ed Fall has restored and re curved several Bosch units for myself with excellent feedback and pricing. Well recommended.

Horrible experience with Barry. 2-3 times the going rate as well.
Had it rebuilt again after his supposed rebuild.
