    Front Vent Glass Window Removal?

I bought new rubber seals, but how do you remove the front vent windows so to fit the new rubber?

The whole frame that retains the door glass as well as the vent window. I've been down this road before.

You can't get to the bottom pivot without taking the whole frame out.
