I have been trying to reach out to Andy Thonet without any success. I've tried his mail, email, email forum and by phone and gotten no response. I hope he is ok.

Andy, I have my request into you for a vin decal and am anxiously waiting to hear from you.

I hope nothing bad happened to him, but he has seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth, at least for now.
Does anyone know if the decal store's product is as good as what Andy was providing? Andy's sticker's looked perfect and provided correct shapes for number's 7 in 70 model cars.

Having a similar issue. Contacted Andy back on Dec 9th and he responded right away - in fact the same day. Sent him the details and cash a few days later...silence. No response to multiple emails. (I am probably violating some unwritten rule here on waiting 8.5 weeks before posting this)

Plenty of unwritten rules around here Simon but patience isn't one of them. The only victim when impatience is manifested is oneself.

Just an update...no response from Andy. I've asked him for a refund, but nothing. I've spent over $17,000 with folks on the site and this is the first time I've had someone not follow through. I've paid through Family and Friends, so shame on me. Buyer beware.
