The guy is an enthusiast, just like us all. He is also a guy who has taken his passion, turned it into a business, and a brand.

When i was 16 i bought my first car, a 1975 911S. A few months later, a 61 356B Notchback at an estate auction (which i still have). Not bad for a middle class kid who worked his ass off to save and get what he loved…a Porsche.

My point is I found my passion at a young age and followed the norm to end up at 36 years of age with some great cars but not following my true passion. I own a few businesses. Though i am thankful for my successes, the revenues, and the net income that allows me to provide for my family and car habit, none of my businesses are my true passion. The passion of Porsche.

I have followed Magnus, the news in the magazines, the videos, etc. That guy is doing it. He is following his passion and living it. To me, that is as honest as it gets. And you can't hate honest. You may not like it, but maybe you are like me and admire how a guy is doing what he loves instead of what he has to in order to provide a good financial lifestyle and living for your family. i.e. "The Job" Maybe to the point where you have some slight jealousy.

If thats you change it. Thats what i did. Magnus gets it. Now, so do I. Last month I started another business, 911 Sportscars, LLC, which is going to be a used car operation that specializes in Porsches from the 50s, 60s and 70s, parts, service and automobilia. I found my passion when i was 16 and there is no reason why i shouldn't live the rest of my days enjoying it while making a few bucks. Like Magnus, Emory, the others on Discovery, etc. It's better then job. I was always told if you do what you love you never work a day in your life. Like Magnus, thats what i am going to do. Never "work" again…

So i say thanks and atta boy to MW. Way to support a great product, challenge creativity and demonstrate your passion.
