location is in berlin, and yes the investors converted a factory from the deutsche telekom for loftliving with an elevator for your car being parked in your living room. so yes, bathtub next to kitchen, next to however you wanted it to have.
the only problem of the location: it is situated in the "poliitcal left wing" part of berlin: kreuzberg so36, traditionally the spot since the early 70ies for squatting houses, antifa. all the 1st may unrests and demonstrations, burning cars and else is like 600m far off his living room . .a lot of paint balloons, graphities and else already hit the facade of the house . . .
