Thread: 1972 911s with 911/83 engine value

    Hello,

    No luck to find piston numbers from below.

    All we see from below is that they are made by Mahle, I suppose the numbers must be on the top side of the engine.

    Thanks for posting the pictures, it really helps a lot.

    Mike, the build # was only on the 911 2.0 engines ending in 1969. Too bad that they discontinued the practice.
