Help Needed: Need Scan / Image of "Change of Ownership" card from Maintenance Book

Hey guys, we're working on a replacement version of the original maintenance book and need a scan or image of the "change of ownership" tear-out card (both sides) Does any one have one that they can send me?

As payment or "Thank You!", I can send you one of our new owner's manual covers at no charge…

    Please email me at pschroeder@stoddard.com

Do you need USA and Canada version ?
I have one spare manual w 2 empty spare cover page and 4 Change of Ownership cards.

(BTW, its off a 1969 chassis 119301484; I would like to reunite the manual with the car but even with the lost and found thread, nobody so far contacted me. If someone knows 119301484 pls report.)

it looks like there are different versions around. here is my one from australian delivery in 1973 seems a bit like a generic ROW one. i have a couple of them so did both sides at once they do not seem to have been ever joined together like Karims seem to be

Mine looks different than both of those. The cards are 7 5/16" x 3 15/16"... I've attached the front and back. I also attached a scan of my original "New Vehicle Delivery Inspection" as well, just for grins. It is also the same size card. Nothing on the back of that one. These are from my original 1973 manual. It's car number '960, so I'm guessing that is late production. Hope this helps!
