    I stopped looking on BaT, after reading the bashing an early car received. Pretty tough crowd, and apparently not very knowledgeable-based on some of the comments.

    Seems like a great story on this car.

    Smile The 1965 911 w/ German Race History

    As a new comer to the S reg I wanted to say I'm the proud owner and will be restoring the 1965 this winter.
    I'm looking forward to posting more photos and progress at it occurs...

    I missed the thread back then.
    But Mr. Stihl is into old cars for quite a long time. We sopke about cars 20 years ago, back then he owned a 300sl Gullwing and a 250 SWB.
