Update for all.

It is growing, but we are far from maturity. More input needed on features of relevance. By the way, it is also good to establish clear understanding thru this effort of what was not changed during 1H65 and get that out of the way. I added 2 features: leather handbrake boot and black color under the engine grill. The latter is a running debate and I got the feeling at some point it is linked to the color of the car rather than period. More info or links to relevant threads welcome.

Possibly we can extend to 2H65 at some point, although I'd expect changes to become fewer every quarter.
