    Cursory look confirmed the screw holding rear portion of leather parking brake boot was used until at least mid 1300 production. (Lower, right pic) In case that's what you were asking.

    yes indeed, I conclude that the screw combines the fixing of leather brake boot and a carpet button.

    301382 has a screw at the rear of the leather handbrake boot but no snap that I can feel.

    Yes, all new wool velour. The previous owners had installed some loop carpet.
