One set of the back seat area luggage hold downs on my car are chrome, any chance this original or did someone just have normal ones chromed, again my car is #717 Attachment 407966

on #13 they are chrome
on #113 and 294 they are black over chrome it appears to be original. on some of them the paint has come almost totaly off

i guess they are 356 carry over items--but what do i know

They seem to be large phillips head screws not the other type discussed previously

door stops have threaded inserts not studs sticking out like later ones, and they have an interesting makers mark on them. At some point they switched to a stud sticking out style which would make them easier to mount. Attachment 407694

The makers mark is an abbreviation of the name of the founder Eduard Scharwächter (Edscha). The same mark will be found on early engine lid hinges. http://edscha.com

I'm new to the 65-66 cars , when did the interiorAttachment 407902 push button door unlock change ??

Maybe I misunderstood yr question earlier. We think it changed from concave to convex between 717 and 1022.
