Finished in the stunning and period 6807-L Porsche Sand Beige over black leatherette this is, all in all, one of the nicest 911S Porsches' that we have seen and would be a fantastic addition to any Porsche collection.

    Estimate: €85,000 - €100,000
    Registration Number: EU Taxes Paid
    Chassis Number: 11830395

Description is pretty confusing...by the VIN and photos it's not an S!

911N. I wonder if it is sand beige because of the 'dune buggy' ride height?? No better pics?? The one with the missing parts (fuel door, fog covers) is right up there....

The fog lamp cover is only missing in one of the photos - odd.
What's the auxiliary device with the pulley on the top left side of the engine; an A/C compressor, generator or air pump?

From the photo, it looks like a pretty clean interior.

Doug, that's the U.S. required air pump. Actually it was a Delco pump as Porsche needed something quickly.

Which would also tell you that it is NOT an S as well?

That the air pump is still there should be a good indication that the car has not been messed with too much.
If it is in a Coy auction, does that mean this U.S. car is located in Europe somewhere?
Why would they reference it as a 'S' when it clearly is not?

The U.S. car would have had the side markers, but I'd bet they were removed during the repaint

    I think the S/N has a typo. Maybe 11830385 instead of 395?

Isn't this car the rusty sporto discussed here?
