So, since the Webers tuned, my mind is elsewhere. They aren't perfect either, but the car is running well once I get 'er warmed up. This thing may become more of a blog than a restoration thread. Room for anything I guess. Started here this evening listening to a Porsche fan's (Seth Oestreicher) rendering of Led Zepplin; went from there to a thread full of lovely ferraris, case & point.

Anyhow, I cleaned up the car for the first time. Working over your Porsche with scotch brights is way different than rebuilding Webers . So then what to do but take cue from Rick's signature Walter White quote from & Radmund's happiness with Breaking Bad season 2 and... take a short tour of da big ABQ for some proper images of the car....

Fantastic Mike! I still have tears in my eyes from laughing so much!
So cool to see all the landmarks. Finished season two now, loved it. Will show the pics to my girlfriend before we watch the rest of season 3 tonight

    Cheers

Spontaneous first Breaking Bad tour for me... I've seen the stucco covered trolley cars around town, but never hopped on. The 'other' site is Los Poblanos Ranch (est 1934), another ABQ landmark. That was a lot of fun because I really dug the show!

You guys inspired that trip And the car ran fine all over town. Cheers!!!
