    Non Porsche front oil cooler?

    Hey Gents

Having some work done on the front end of '72 RS replica. Mysteriously my front oil cooler has developed a couple of holes which coincidentally line up perfectly with the two bolts holding my front license plate in place. Hmmm?

In any case it needs to be fixed or replaced. The previous owner felt that it was an RX7 oil cooler. Can anyone confirm/identify this thing from the attached pic? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

Looks like a Setrab cooler to me. Can you post pictures of the ends where the fittings are? Setrab (Who does supply to Mocal) uses a threaded oring fitting to adapt to the AN lines.

It should not be too hard to find a replacement. Just use the outer dimensions and thickness.

I'm using an RX7 oil cooler in my 912- shape is similar but I don't see the inlet/outlet orifices which would be found at top or bottom.
