    Quicker COA or Kardex

Does anyone have a fast source or way to get build info on your car? I have owned one of my cars (1955--356) for a long time and never really cared if the motor was original. I was told by the person I bought from that he thought it was original to the car. I really don't drive the car much (rather drive my 66 911 . Wife say's maybe time to sell. I have not offered it for sale but someone heard that maybe I would sell it. They are now offering me $$$$$$ and they want some paperwork to prove it's original. I have looked in the 356 Data base and I know it is the correct year. I had PCA look it up when they were at the Races but their data did not show the motor #, they claimed that they have the same info that would show on the COA. They would not give me a copy of the info. Any options for faster source. TIA

I called Porsche North America and gave them the chassis # and engine # for my newly acquired 1964 356C. Two days later they called back to confirm that the engine was original to the car. I then ordered a COA which arrived a month later.
