65 Aluminum early 911 engine case

1965 Early 911 2.0 liter engine case, non modified. Very nice clean condition. My understanding is that it is FIA vintage car racing (European) legal. Both casting halves have "65" cast into them. The cast in part numbers are 901.101.102.01 and 901.101.102.01. The SERIAL number is 903519, and 901/01, 3419 is also stamped on. This is the case from which the crankshaft that I posted earlier came from. $2.500.

Actually in talking to a friend who is "in the business" he thought I was lite on the price, being that a 65 case is very rare and you nees a 64 latest 65 case to qualify for FIA vintage racing. So I am raising the price to USD $2,800. plus shipping costs. Sorry for the confusion.
