    Yes, state prosecutors questioned the - presumed innocent - actor of this criminal scheme, Tobias Nussbaum of defunct Flat Six GMBH in Büsserach and criminal charges will be mounted against him, if wrongdoing will be proven.
    It will take a while but I am currently not obliged to share any legal details.

    It btw also looks Guru’s car has been located via another current “owner” of it, one of dozen similar cases, state prosecutors also contacted me in this case.
