Ok, thanks for the freezing email. I will reach out and follow up back here so the next guy has the info. Sounds like I need to unwrap the back glass, confirm the defroster run orientation, and list that baby on ebay. It'll pay for my conversion... Thanks, again Chad

the fact that it is cracked is a clue that it is the early glass.
if it is. Be very careful because these early ones are not as resilient to breaking

It has the vertical defrost wires. I'll have to unwrap it to determine the exact condition, but I was told there was a small crack in one of the corners. Anyone have SWT window & hardware they want to trade for this?

In case anyone's interested, here's the markings on my correct 68 Targa glass with the vertical defrosters (sorry but quite difficult to photograph). Kardex denotes my car as Belgian delivery in 68.

True words! Ours had some fogging in both lower corners but we planned to reinstall after paint anyway. One small pressure point caused it to fail. Be careful with it Chad!

No worries, Al... doubt the ruse was gonna work anyway. BTW, ours is pretty early, delivered to a handler in Cologne 11/22/67.

Ok, sorry but I don't know all of the lingo yet. You're telling me what I have is aftermarket and not worth keeping?
