    the one from turkey is good enough for how cheap it is, in fact we had them make 914 dashes for us

    I think there had been a discussion of fitting 70+ dashes in 69 cars and that the bolt pattern had been different and you need to drill hole(s) in the dash to mount proper.

    Not sure if this is the same but my 69 first had one of those Porsche replacement dashes (built in the 80's?) with the speaker holes right in the dash (no separate piece). Didn't need to do anything special with the bolt pattern. Now has a Lakewell dash when from when they were making decent ones and bolted right in. Mine is a pretty late 69 but I'm pretty sure bolt pattern is the same as a 70+ for what it is worth.
