    Hey Steve - thanks a lot for the maps!! Great roads out there. Stauffer's place is crazy. Where else can you see a full-size Lotus 79 F1 car made entirely of wood, a Sputnik satellite, an Alfa Romeo F1 engine coffee table, Iron Balls McGinty's gangster car and the 66 LeMans winning GT40 all in one room?

    Somebody mentioned about Scarab pics. I got some cool ones in the paddock that I will try to post at lunch time. Unfortunately, the CART guys lobbied to really eff up the on track viewing years ago in the name of safety, so no on-track pics. God I miss the old RA... Nice group pic of the "gang" at the concours. The calm before the storm... of Teradactyl sized mosquitos!

    Chicago toll roads in my hotrod? Ppffftt, no biggie - shoot, sometimes I think I live on those stupid roads. Got passed by a lot of rubberneckers. Even some of the chickiepoos liked my car.

    The new punishment for those who bring SUVs on 911 road trips, with unfinished restorations sitting back in the garage. Ya get strapped to the 3rd row kiddie seat, and the ranking chaptermeister holds a cold one just out of reach.

    Wow, I missed out big time.


    X2 on the F-40 Serving Table; I am glad to see Curt driving the M3. It was most likely getting jealous sitting in the garage....


    Thanks for the heads up on the SUV thing; At least you are safe about it...with the seatbelts and all.
