Thanks to everyone that came to Granville, we had nothing but positive comments from people. We had a great crowd of early cars, some really outstanding models. That red 67S was the New York car show car, the first S. We had Bobby and Graham Rahal, Graham in his Carrera GT and Bobby in a 356 Sunroof coupe. As far as the Brick Trophy, that was an Oxford thing. We needed something new for Granville. I heard more complaints about the bricks than positive responses. On top of that they were not cheap by the time you added the plate on them. I also had to go pick up 75 bricks, glue the plates on then transport them to the show and at 4 pounds each it was a real PIA.

Ive started to develop a strong desire for early 930's and there were several in Grandville that really did it for me.

Steve Ooley had factory prototype #0014 there. What a knockout!

Just want to thank and congratulate all the organizers and volunteers for a great event.
I've been to the last 2 P2O's in Oxford and was pleasantly surprised at what a neat town Granville was, perfect for the event, and the locals couldn't have been more friendly.
The added distance from Louisville was a bonus for me, anytime I can get 8 hrs of seat time in a day, it's a good one.
If its there next year, I'll definitely plan to come early and stay late.

    Thanks!
    Bud

Heres a link to the official photographers (Jim Mohrfield) site. Nice individual shots of the cars as they registered and many random shots of the town.
