I watch the PCA Classifieds, I have Germans ask If I will place an ad for them there are 3 of these a Month at least.

It is pretty funny as they trip over each other, the Guy in Hood River Or did this for the last ten years. Now people are searching
DMV records and offering to Pay Mechanics to help them find cars

Its really sickening, There are a few I know about that I will not act on until they are ready

the problem is many of these guys take the best parts, and leave the cars less than before they flipped them from tools to seats and
Wheels.

From the esteemed classified files of the PCA Panorama I give you the latest. He or she is already late but I suppose there's no harm in trying to squeeze out a few more dollars. Never stopped any other profession (or professional) .

No they don't. You're just being funny. Nobody would do such a thing.

Tool kits, seats, you name it. It disappears. I know one of our own got taken on the steering wheel that was SUPPOSED to come with a car he purchased. (it came off the car)
The wheel showed up here for sale here after-the-fact. (or was it E-Bay) That's what we Suthenuhs call unmitigated gall among other colorful metaphors.
