Went through my pic repository, and found a picture of a setup, the car is a SWB, and the only "ref" I have is : werk prototype.
The harness shoulder setup looks very weak to me.

This one is from a R - seems 2 different setups for the shoulder ones: on the parcel shelf, on the rear seat bucket.

Dug again on my hard drives (yes still exist)
Here is the answer to all I guess. from #11810486
4 points rollcage hoop style no diag/no horizontal.
Harness mounts, on the parcel shelf and seatbelt anchors.

Hi X. as long as the pics are not period and the cars are restored everything on them is subject to the restorer who did the resto.
E.g. the seats in the pic above are redone and the rivets are not positioned correct, so why should the harness mounts be?
Just a thought
This was my solution

Various britax stuff images from different generations of harnesses possibly not right era as some might be too early and the box 1080 version is certainly later than your car's timeframe
These are original fitting instructions leaflet for a late 60s Britax and Kangol among my piles of seatbelts in storage but so far not found one for for Britax race harness but have a feeling I've got one for britax old harness somewhere. Talks about acceptable angle of rear attachment wrt shoulder etc iirc. Couple of nice ol old Britax envelopes that were handed to customer once fitted with window stickers, instructions, accident reports etc (early 70s Bosch battery care multilingual booklet was among my cars old papers)
Not quite sure when Britax went from grey web with sliver buckle to black web with different black crinkle fittings?
The 73 RS that was a few years later than your car came from factory with rear shelf mounts and factory mountings in tunnel and inner sill (rockers) from factory. Where done RS had inertia not always used but these are the positions used by early RS cars with static (except rear parcel one under the liner). Discussed elsewhere with photos from Cees iirc. Pretty sure the lower factory mounts are very different position to ones in a picture above.
Uli makes a very good point. Obviously anything posted here is for historic interest about how it was done "back in the day" not likley to be to current regulatory standards in various countries so very strongly recommend to everyone getting current qualified professional advice on safety critical items such as seatbelt and their mounting points even on lookalike old racer 911 homage. Seatbelt correct mounting position/ anchor security, roll cages even padded near unhelmeted head and or a cage with cross bar behind the back at about shoulder blade level could be fulcrum in event of rear impact from seat mounting or seatback recline angle moving .... horrendous. Wasn't there such a tragedy with latter at lime rock in a Porsche? For me these probably are not the sort if items to say that one looks period and that homage is nice so I'll have a go and do mine that way

PS on othe accessories, interesting that it is Halda Speedmaster not Halda Trip in Elford old car. Must dig out my old mk V

Xavier,
It was educational on my part.... Looking through my stuff and the net I found only one example of the diagonal (diagonals) used pre '69
The example is the Gregg Loomis 911 at Daytona in '67....
Looks like two diagonals going from the corners of the hoop down to the center...
I have a few photos of 911's with diagonal bracing in '69...
Cheers,
cm
