The sugar scoops are sort of excusable since the correct sealed beam headlights seem to be unobtainable.
That upholstery, however, couldn't be from a Porsche-only shop. A '66 should have basketweave--'65 was the last year for perforated leatherette. And, it only belongs on the front seat inserts (and the front seat backs for perforated vinyl). Not on the bolsters and not on the back seats.
Odd they should include the acronym "COA" without spelling it out in an ad targeted to a general audience. Someone claiming matching numbers per the CofA would normally add photos of the numbers and the CofA. Does Craig's List limit the number of photos?
And, the $ 64 question is whether this was initially a Solox-carbureted car. It looks like a spray-bar lubricated engine--I can't see the center-lube oil lines. That makes it engine 903070 or later. The lase Solex-carbureted engine was 903910. It looks like a bolted-on cover for the dual fuel pump but I don't know if the early Weber-carb engines had that,

The last engine number with Solex was 903910, Feb 21 1966. The chassis number would be ~around 30376X. thanks.

Skoro ostatnim razem Admin nie wyrzucił mnie za ogłaszanie wozu do sprzedaży, to jedziemy dalej
Sprzedam Porsche 911 2.0 z 1965 r.
Czysty Title z Północnej Karoliny, oclony w EU, brak historii serwisowej i wcześniejszej historii samochodu.
Sprawny, odpala, jeździ. Wymaga remontu blacharskiego (progi, podłoga) i nowego lakieru (stary jest poprzecierany i nie do uratowania). Wnętrze do wyczyszczenia i kosmetyki Zrobienie nowego wnętrza w tym wozie byłoby ciężką zbrodnią.
Cena: 530 tys. zł.
---------------------------
For sale a very early 1965 911 2.0. One older respray in matching Signalrot, perfectly preserved original and 100% complete with all period-correct details such as: wooden steering wheel with alloy rim, door cards, seats, etc.
Car is matching numbers except the gearbox which is type-correct.
Purchased from a dealer in California has a clear North Carolina Title and all EU customs paid. No other history or service book.
Starts and drives. Needs some welding to floors and rocker panels as well as new paint (old one is really worn out and beyond repair). Interior only needs some reconnolising. It would be a serious crime to redo the original interior in this car.
Asking: €125k
Since the last time admin didn't throw me out for announcing the car for sale, we're going on
Sell Porsche 911 2.0 of 1965 Apart from one old przemalowaniem in the original color color, preserved 100 % original and 100 % complete condition with all the details relevant to the vintage, such as a steering wheel with aluminium core, bellies, armchairs...
The car is consistent with engine numbers with bodywork. It's from the yearbook, but it's inconsistent with engine numbers.
Bought in California from a dealer. Clean title from North Carolina, oclony in EU, no service history and previous car history.
It works, it fires, it drives. It requires renovation of blacharskiego (thresholds, floor) and new varnish (the old is poprzecierany and cannot be saved). Interior to clean and cosmetics making a new interior in this car would be a hard crime.
Price: 530 Pln.
