Marty,
PPG need to cross-reference it through Glasurit ......
Look for 1970 #335

Hope this helps,

I recently got '70 tangerine from PPG, and they only had it listed under the german name, and the 3 digit code was preceded by POR. It took a little searching before we hit on the right combination of letters and numbers. So if Gemini Blue Metallic is 330, search POR330. They may not have all the special order colors on the books, though.

I see here:

They show #330, but I swear my Gemini '73 was stamped 335. In any case, I had the color custom-mixed from sampling the hood latch panel.

Both numbers are correct I think, Gemini blue had paint code #330 in 1972 and paint code #335 for the following year 1973

Does anyone know someone with a 1970 model originally painted Gemini Blue? Several reference guides seem to indicate that this colour was first available in 1971.
The colour guides do show it as a 1970 however.
Thanks for all the help so far.the problem is I know the code but my painter who uses PPG cant find the formula through them and if I have gone this far I dont want to screw with the true colour. what to do?

Herman Maire on Pelican painted a car in Gemini with PPG. Perhaps he can help.

I don't have a 1970 specifically in Gemini, but do have a few possibles that are called metallic blue. I only have one 1971 specifically in Gemini.

I did not find the PPG site to be very helpful. I did find this:

The third item on the list indicates that the PPG code that matches your code 335 is 2373. Hope this helps.
