My fan and fan-housing are painted, and since I'm doing some motor work, I'd like to get the fan and the housing restored back to original. I know someone in So-Cal does that work.... Can you tell me who it is?
thanks
Dave

Do you want them to look original or do you want them to look pretty?

I don't want it to look pretty. I want it to look original. Any advice?

For original look fan & strap for my 65 911 resto (301744) I was extremely pleased with work done by Shaun Budka, Tru6, shaun@tru-6.com (near Boston, MA)
He also did the chrome trim to an exceptionally high level

Thanks John. Just looked at your fotos in one of the fan-threads. http://www.early911sregistry.org/for...an-restoration
The fan looks very good! Would just prefer to have the yellow tint on it as well. As seen on the '700 miles' car. But I'd be ok with settling for something like Shaun if I can't get the yellow tint on it.
