Cibies and 7/8 Fuchs were options on 73 RS without a M Code.
    That‘s correct, Eric.

On some 73RS yes, but Cibies were never offered by the factory on any regular production 911/T/L/E/S.
Not saying they dont look good...but they were basicially aftermarket items.

Here is one of two available 73 Option list

I guess I confuse easily. Does that mean you're making the [unobtainable] Porsche units that held 7" sealed beam headlights behind a glass cover (before sugar scoops) which I think was part # 901.631.101.31? As opposed to making [unobtainable] Cibié Biode sealed-beam replacements?

I was lucky to get a pair of part # 901.631.101.31 way back when you simply called Stoddard.

I believe this is taken at Linas Montlhéry Autodrome, not long ago as per the ground behind.

Have decided to go driving lamps TTG - and ordered them from Autoforeign Services (Soterik here).
Very smooth transaction, very very fast delivery and high quality products. Cannot wait to install them. (of course I've got a pair - bracket in but not pictured)
