    I saw this on CL, oooooh, what a disaster, cheap drinks and dim lights that is how you move used cars. Take a look if you are brave, I do not, would not ever own this, let the comments roll.

    Funny - the phrase "fright pig" came up at work today. How apropos....
    Anyone know where this term comes from??

    Not my cup of tea, but you have to appreciate someone put a lot of time into this. Looks like pretty decent workmanship too.

    I remember the magazine articles at the time ( talk about carbon dating!) this thing was way ahead of it's time and
    remarkably enough was relatively well received and appreciated ..
    Hey it was before the factory Speedster ('89) and the Boxster !
    I think the factory itself could have derived more than a few cues from this fellow ,at the time it was way out but cool

    fright pig is an English term used to describe a car with tremendous needs. Keith Martin, publisher of The Sports Car Market magazine, uses the term liberally.
