    1973 Sports Purpose Manual

    With the addition of this little jewel, I think I have one of every Sports Purpose Manuals. I wasn't even aware this one existed until an old friend pulled it out of his archives..Its the Sports purpose "manual" for the 1973 RSR....I thought it was pretty cool

    All:
    Will try and get it out for folks....Interesting that I can't find a literature number on it.. The letter from Porsche to my friend who owned a 1973 RSR talks about the car, when it was made etc. and then goes on to say enclosed is the spare parts catalogue of which the Sports Information Supplement is a part....It literally looks like it was just typed up on Porsche letterhead. The 1st page reads:

    "In the following Sports-Information Circular is the Carrera RSR described. We have only included information not pertaining to the normal carrera RS"

    "The spare parts catalogue for the Carrara RSR, can be obtained directly from our Sports Spare Parts Department"

    I have a copy I got from Chad Plavan. It cam from www.plavanracing.com. I can't find that site today but I'm sure he's still around. He coped the manual a series of jogs.
