Advise needed on response to my wanted ad

I have a wanted ad for SWB front fenders and front bumper. I have just been contacted by someone calling themselves "Slowjim" saying they have what I need and quoted by a price for the parts including shipping. Now normally that would be fine but firstly, he doesnt know where I am (NZ), secondly he has said he will accept payment via Bank wire transfer and lastly he has said he is a newbie.

I dont want to offend Jim in anyway if he is legit but i have a feeling Jim Lewis is not quite what he says he is.

What are your thoughts? Im thinking run for the hills... so im still looking for parts!
