Who supplies the most accurate reproduction dashes these days?

There has been a lot of discussion over dashboard quality over the past years with lakewell and autobahn getting the most favorable reviews about 2-3 years ago. With so many repro parts coming out in the past year from different suppliers and Porsche Classic rectifying the fitment of their dashes, which among all these suppliers make the best dashes today?

I'm looking for the 70-73 dashes in particular.

    Thanks.

The 1969 dash is different than the 1971-74 dash. It seems all that "repro biz" makes is later type.

What about option to cover over an original core? Is there similar repro dash covers that might be equally as nice?

I recently installed a 72 dash, fit well, even up to the defrost vents, through Stoddard, but probably Lakewell.

I have a Lakewell dash as well, just purchased this year. Excellent finish. Purchased a slightly cheaper one earlier from a different supplier but it was injection moulded and had very distinct injection mould lines on the face of the dash. Very noticeable and was not happy with the finish, so I returned it and bought the Lakewell version.

Has anyone sourced and fitted a recent production 69-73 RHD dashboard recently?

It seem there is a significant RHD "tax" unfortunately,

    thanks in advance
