    Correct oil cap color ('67)

    I see many '67's with a silver oil cap on a gold filler console. Correct?
    Also, since oil/gas cap is the same, is gas cap silver too?

    silver cap on gold pipe is right for the oil tank, strange as it seems.

    OK, but as Brian asked: Should the gas cap then be silver (clear zinc) too (like the oil cap) on a 67S?
