Help needed identifying 5 1/2 x 15 Wheel, possible Fuchs

I came across a single wheel. It looks like a Fuchs but it doesn’t have the typical part numbers. I see a "K" and a couple of numbers stamped on top of each other. It also doesn't have the ridge to hold the tire bead in place.

    Thanks in advance.

I also see some crude webbing where the spokes meet the rim.
