Installation of front seat fore/aft lever

I recently purchased a pair of front seats from a member here and when I went to install them, I found that the forward/rear lever was removed from the bottom of the seat. Has anyone had experience with re-installing this lever? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a photo of where the lever should go -- which is inside the hoops.

The levers are just held in by roll pins. A picture will do more than I could type about the process.
You do realize that those are "LWB seats, don't you?

Jim --- thank you for the reply. Yes, I knew they were LWB seats. Do you know if the roll pins just hammer in?
