    Millennials

    I rest my case.

    http://fortune.com/2015/03/10/americ...least-skilled/

Millennials also scored very high in denial and delusion.

The great news is that those Mills who work hard to thwart these stats will not only excel and be able to write their own ticket, they will expose their lazy, entitled, selfish, arrogant peers for who they are. Nothing new here; that's the way the food chain has always worked... but most Millennials probably don't believe that. lol

I was sitting on an plane a while ago when a young girl and her mom got on board. She was having a hard time stowing a trophy she had just won because it was so big. Can't imagine how the first place winner was managing her trophy - this one was for ninth place.

I agree with the great news part though. My grandkids are going to kick a$$.

I was working on the aircraft two weeks ago, and I took my airman out with me to help take out the pilot seat in the aircraft (the electricians had to wire in a new fan). I climb into the cockpit and start disconnecting wires to the seat and ask him for a phillips head screwdriver and a 3/8's wrench. He just looks at me with the most confused look on his face and says "I don't know what any of those things are". I about fell out! I feel sorry for kids these days, so glued to their phones, video games, etc but don't even know how to change the oil in their cars!

I have ended up spending many years working on cars, building barns, whatever. But I maybe shouldn't be too hard on kids. Back in shop class in 7th grade I was sanding a bookcase I was working on and it was going slow. I asked the shop teacher if there was a way to speed things up and he said I just needed some elbow grease. Well (you're probably ahead of me here) I went to the tool cage and asked the 8th grader in charge for some elbow grease. Not sure I ever lived that one down.

I have heard stories of new airman going to the flight line with a trash bag to get an "exhaust sample" from a turning jet (can't do that sort of thing anymore because it's considered "hazing") although it was fun to watch my co-worker go to maintenance to ask for his ID-10T form

Anyone ever been snipe hunting? My older brothers took my (1yr older) brother and me when we were young and even dumber. Took years for them to stop laughing at us. I wonder if Millenials would do any better in non-technical situations, stuck in a field?

How many Millennials does it take to screw in a light bulb?

    Wouldn't know.

They refuse to work that hard and believe light bulbs are bad for the environment.
