I've seen a couple pair of these over the years and I believe they were made that way from Hella. These are basically the larger 6" Halogen lights most commonly seen on Mercs.

So I take it these are uncommon hella lights; can't seem to find a price for them online.

Only uncommon because of the blue finish. Personally I wouldn't put much of a premium on them because of that even though I dig em. It might actually make them more difficult to sell. Chrome goes with everything.

They are Hella 142 and pretty rare, those were made in blue, gold, red and green. Here's a picture of mine. I've seen them going for $400-600 a pair.
