    FS: 1969 911E Targa project

Thinning the herd a little so up for sale is my 911E project. Was likely a European delivery as it has H1 headlights and a German band Blaupunkt AM-FM radio still in it plus the German rust to go along with it. :-) VIN is 119210653, engine is 6390779. This is a complete car that's been off of the road since the late 80's and will need complete restoration. Floors and rockers are rusty and will need replacement along with other usual Targa rust. Unbelievably the battery box/ front trunk area is not rusty! Originally Blue Metallic and repainted that color numerous times over the years. Has 4 early 6" Fuchs wheels with hearts, 5 speed, S brakes and '69S engine with Webers. Engine spins freely and is alleged to have run a few years ago. Have the COA which shows it was a heavily optioned 911E when new. It has a clean California title in my name. Asking $39.5K. Located in Santa Rosa, CA. For more info and pix I can be reached at kwiky59gt@yahoo.com

    Thanks, Dave
