I was told this came with RS cars but I didn't want to be misleading.

The webster air compressors were used in US spec cars with space saver spares from 74-83, there are at least three different versions that have slightly different feet. I can't speak to the RS application but there are plenty of knowable folks on this board that can.

Phil is correct. I might even want it since I play on the "dark side" too.
