    Man, you are into some DEEP details. i thought i was the only one who got that deep.

    (i took mine off, cleaned and lubricated them and re-used my old ones.) i am assuming that you have already contacted Jim Breazeale at EASY (CA) and Ed Anspach at Anspach Auto (PA), but they are the guys i turned to for such things.

    I'm investigating Rubber from McMaster Carr. I bought some for the fiberglass rain tray that worked very well.
