    FS: '69 911E project

1969 911E Sunroof coupe. I'm listing this for a client. It's a very good candidate for restoration...very clean and never wrecked. It has a '69E engine with the correct fuel injection but doesn't run...I'm assuming it's the original. It does turn freely though. The original color is Burgundy.

I have no financial gain in this...just helping the community with a good car. I'd prefer to not deal with dealers or 'flippers'....if you are one, great, good for you. But I need a real buyer for this...someone who'll do the work. I'm even somewhat available but we'd have to talk....sorry to sound like a dick, but I hate selling cars. I genuinely just want this to go to a good home.

Please e-mail if serious: aaron@flat6.com I rarely answer the phone but would be glad to talk specifics if you are for real. I'll likely put you in touch with the seller to talk money. SOLD (was asking $42K)

    Thanks much,
    Aaron

I was doing the 'math' on this car. To take this car to a nice driver-level at my shop or a shop like mine, the costs are as follows....an estimate.

Engine, fuel injection, and transmission rebuild: $25K

Bare metal repaint with trim and body mods returned to stock: $25K

Suspension, brakes and other miscellaneous mechanical bits...touch up underside shutz and paint: $15K

Would be a great car for the money...and you'd know what you have. That has value in my opinion.
