1968 headlight and turn signal wiring

I am reassembling my 1968 headlight and parking lights. When I took the car apart wiring on the drivers side consisted of just headlight and parking linghts and both horns, while passenger side consisted of just headlight and parking light. I know that wires enter a hole on the outer edges of trunk and then wind through a tube passing through a rubber spacer and entering the light bucket. Do all the wires enter the light bucket including horn and parking light wires, is that why there are three holes in the bucket one for entry and one for exit, and one for drain plug?

Is it the same if I were to install fog lights?

Was it normal to have both horns on drivers side? My 1970 had one horn on either side.o

Yes, all the wires went thru the conduit to the headlight bucket, then branched off back out thru the bucket to the park light housing and horn. The fog light wire would also be included but taped back against the harness if no fog lights. Not 100% sure on 68, but if like the 67 there was a horn on each side, attached via a clamp bracket to the 'J' tube conduit.

yes--for 68 horn on each side. I just restored my 68 911L and re-routed the wire through the tubes after replacing both front fenders. I had help from Tony and Marco at TLG Auto.
